Freehold, NJ – The Superior Court of New Jersey, Monmouth Vicinage, Self-Help Resource Center, in conjunction with Ocean-Monmouth Legal Services, will continue the Legal Access Partnership Program to provide free legal assistance to qualified low-income and elderly Monmouth County residents.

An attorney from Ocean-Monmouth Legal Services will be available on site to provide 30 minutes of free legal advice to eligible individuals during scheduled sessions. Topics to be covered may include tenants’ rights and evictions, foreclosures, expungements, name changes, child custody and child support, visitation, domestic violence, divorce, collections, wage garnishment, bankruptcy and elder law.

This program is free and open to residents of Monmouth County. Appointments are necessary and initial screening for eligibility is required. All sessions will be conducted in the the Self-Help Resource Center, Room L45 at the courthouse of the Monmouth Vicinage, 71 Monument Park in Freehold.
