Lincroft, NJ –Brookdale Community College is proud to announce that on Sunday, May 15, the College will award 2,162 degrees to the 2,147 graduating students class of 2011 in the in the Robert J. Collins Arena.
Of the total degrees, 1,275 are for the Associate in Arts, 494 for the Associate in Applied Science, 315 for the Associate in Science and 10 for the Associate in Fine Arts. Fifteen students have earned two degrees. Fifty nine academic credit certificates will be awarded. Nine academic credit certificates of achievement will be awarded. College Interim President Dr. William M. Toms will preside over the graduation ceremony. Grand Marshals will be Professor Karen Topham and Professor Ron Topham. Delivering the invocation will be Dr. Carl Calendar.
Dr. Toms will give the welcoming address. Greetings from the Class will be from Roberto Nieves. Armen Sahakyan, Morganville, will present the class gift. Dr. Carl Calendar will deliver the ceremony’s closing benediction.
