Ocean Township, NJ – On Tuesday, May 24th from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Prevention first will host a comprehensive seminar on the causes and solutions to the alarming increase in bullying. Our trained bullying prevention experts will discuss the bullying issue, and guests will see the causes, learn the results and discover the solution to this epidemic. Information about the Anti-Bullying Bill of Rights, an anti-bullying law passed in January of this year, will also be presented.

Prevention First has been the bullying expert since 1998, and the prevalence and problem of bullying has been increasing. Bullying is one of the toughest problems children face in today’s society.

“Bullying is a serious issue that can have tragic consequences if not addressed,” said Mary Pat Angelini, Executive Director and CEO of Prevention First. “Unfortunately, bullying does not only occur on school grounds, and that is why it is important to take steps to ensure that bullying will not be tolerated wherever it occurs, including over the Internet.”

This event is free with light fare and is open to the public. The open house will take place at Prevention First’s training institute at 1405 Highway 35 North in Ocean, NJ from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. RSVP to Jill Lauren Quaranta at This email address is being protected from spambots.
