ATLANTIC HIGHLANDS, NJ - Congratulations to the fifth grade students who graduated from the DARE program. The program is taught by two police officers from the Atlantic Highlands police department.  Students were taught valuable life skills from this program.  The students were also treated to a movie with the Atlantic Highlands Elementary sixth grade students.  Steven Clagett won the Essay contest for the Dare program.  Thank you to Chief Vasto, Sergeant Steve Daugherty and Officer Steve Vogt for all of their hard work and dedication.
