TRENTON, NJ - The New Jersey Council for the Humanities Board of Trustees recently awarded $74,333 in grants in support of public humanities projects to eleven nonprofit organizations in six different counties around the state.  A complete list of funded projects follows.

The New Jersey Council for the Humanities (NJCH) is a state partner of the National Endowment for the Humanities.  Its mission is to serve the people of New Jersey by developing, supporting and promoting projects that explore and interpret the human experience, foster cross-cultural understanding and engage people in a dialogue about matters of individual choice and public responsibility.
