MIDDLETOWN, NJ - Mandatory Evacuation Issued for Bayshore Area This is a message from the Middletown Township Office of Emergency Management. Middletown Township has issued a mandatory evacuation order from the Keansburg border to the Atlantic Highlands border from Route 36 to the bay. We urge that you leave by 9:00 pm at the latest. The County has established two shelters. If you need shelter you must first go to the staging area at Croydon hall, 900 Leonardville Road, and you will be transported to a shelter.
