MIDDLETOWN, NJ - Feel the music come alive when the Middletown Township Public Library features Peter Biedermann in concert on Sunday, June 10, 2012, beginning at 2:30pm.

Peter Biedermann is a guitarist that has been composing and performing for over 30 years; this will be his second appearance at the Middletown Township Public Library.  While his music covers a number of genres in various disciplines, the concert will feature entirely original instrumental music performed on 6, 8 & 12 string guitars in unique tunings combined with various electronic processing devices. The music remains uniquely indefinable, yet familiar at the same time. Fans of Bert Jansch, John Martyn, Ralph Towner, Leo Kottke and Michael Hedges will enjoy this music. An interactive program, Peter Biedermann will demystify the mystery of his instrumental music.

CDs will be for sale after the performance. Please go to peterbiedermann.com for more information.

The concert will take place in the library’s Community Room at 55 New Monmouth Road, Middletown, NJ 07748.  Free tickets are available at the Library Reference Desk for this limited-seating event, or by calling 732-671-3700 Ext. 320. Funding for this program comes from the generous support of the Middletown Township Public Library Foundation, Inc.
