Offering classes in Hatha Yoga, Meditation and Raja Yoga

ATLANTIC HIGHLANDS , NJ – Come visit us at a special OPEN HOUSE celebration! Saturday, June 18th, any time between 1:00-4:00 pm. This FREE event will be held at the Sea Dragon Dojo, 171 First Ave. (behind Indigo Moon) There will be a demonstration of Hatha Yoga.

And 2 special talks:
“Optimized Health through Yoga” a talk given by Margabandhu Martarano, director of the New Jersey Integral Yoga Institute

“Keys to Peace” a talk given by Rev. Jaganath Carrera, senior teacher and Integral Yoga Minister

There will also be Refreshments

Hatha Yoga Classes begin June 20th:

Monday and Wednesday nights: 7:30-9:00PM

Friday afternoons: 1:00-2:30 PM

Saturday mornings: 10:30 AM –Noon

Monthly passes are $75.00, Drop-in single classes are $15.00
