For the past 24 years, the Atlantic Highlands PBA Local 242 has hosted an amazing and successful annual charity ball. We have helped raise $146,830.00 in funds for many charitable organizations during the past two decades with a chance gift auction that has taken place at the event. These organizations have included the Atlantic Highlands Elementary School PTO, Henry Hudson Regional High School Booster Club, Atlantic Highlands Volunteer First Aid Squad, Atlantic Highlands Public Library, Atlantic Highlands Historical Society, AACC Food Pantry, Atlantic Highlands Harbor Park and many other groups that take an active role in our community. It has been through donations from organizations like yours that has made this possible. This year marks our 25th annual PBA Ball, which will be held on Friday, May 25th at the Shore Casino in Atlantic Highlands. This milestone year is very special for all of us at the PBA, with plans for the proceeds of the auction to benefit several organizations that focus on children, such as rehabilitation of the Harbor Park and Elementary School programs and scholarships.
We would like to ask for your help by providing us with a charitable donation, such as a gift, a service or a monetary donation, for the auction. Should you provide us with a donation for the auction, we will proudly display your company’s information with the gift on the night of the event. This is a great opportunity as the ball has an annual attendance of more than 400 guests that support the organizations that have donated to our ball. The gift auction is the main event of the evening with attendees seeing your generous donation, your commitment to the community and your support of community groups and projects.
