READY, SET, LET'S GO TO THE 11TH ANNUAL CLAM FESTIVAL

The Borough of Highlands and the Highlands Business Partnership is pleased to bring you the 11 th annual Clam Festival from August 4 th – 7 th.

This is truly one of the Borough greatest events. Four wonderful days of excellent food, rides and entertainment. There is something for everyone at the Clam Festival.

The Clamfest midway will be set up in Huddy Park, and portions of Bay and Waterwitch Avenues will be closed to street traffic to accommodate the rows of food and handcraft vendors lined up marketplace style. Many popular Highland’s restaurants, seafood retailers will be on hand offering festival favorites. These include clams – fried, stuffed, steamed or on the half shell – and soft shell crab sandwiches, shrimp, oysters, crab cakes, lobster, scallops, gumbo jambalaya, chowders, mussels and much more.

Although seafood is the highlight, there will be lots for landlubbers to chow down on, such as barbecued ribs, corn on the cob, hot dogs, burgers, French fries, grilled sausages, pizza, cheese steaks, panini’s, tacos, burritos and homemade sweets and treats.
