On Ash Wednesday, join the Mother Teresa Regional School community for seafood dinner.  Dinner entrees of penne vodka, beer battered fish, or baked salmon oreganato.  Start your meal with caesar salad or a bowl of  Manhattan or New England clam chowder. There is even macaroni and cheese for the kids.  Dinners should be preordered and are available for take out.
