david prown 120Seriously, only the darn good and entertaining Melissa McCarthy could pull off making this movie respectfully entertaining with a slow, predictable script (Mom goes back to her alma mater to get her degree while her daughter is a senior also at same school)

Some really long patches between laughs and candidly just a few real good laughs.  Rated

PG so   college shenanigans/relationships

were tasteful and in places far fetched

A couple of fun, short scenes and always a big fan of her film's best friend - been a fan of hers FOREVER (Maya Rudolph)

Definitely NOT a movie a mother/daughter should go to (we are talking uber uncomfortable) so maybe might work for 2 mature, female best friends.

Some chuckles, no naps (that I recall) but quite forgettable.  I don't think the young set (teens/20's will enjoy at all).
