I am in a big time movie slump. I think the last 4-5 I have seen have been "forgettable".
And I must add "Crazy, Stupid, LOVE" to the same list.
Lots of big names in the cast (Steve Carell, Ryan Gosling, Julianne Moore, Marisa Tomei, Kevin Bacon and more. A romantic comedy of sorts but with reality (i.e. - plenty of unhappy scenes) as well as lots of unpredictability.
Definitely a "heavier" romantic comedy that had you uncomfortable at moments.
Script defines the adage "its a small world" and you'll see why.
Just didn't work for me by I suspect I'm in the minority.
