MIDDLETOWN, NJ – Poricy Park Conservancy announces their Hike and See nature hike & Historic Murray Farmhouse Tour on Friday, November 28th, starting at 10:00am. Poricy Park is located at 345 Oak Hill Road in Middletown.
Walk away from the leftovers and enjoy a relaxed nature hike through peaceful Poricy Park trails. Hikers will look around and see what is ‘left over’ from the growing season and discover nature’s seasonal wonders! The hike will end at the authentic 1770’s Murray Farmhouse where you can receive a guided tour!
Then you can visit the 27th Annual Holiday & Craft Gift Shop in the Annex to satisfy your shopping desires too! Dress for the weather. Appropriate for all ages (children must be supervised by an adult). Please courteously register in advance; call 732-842-5966, or visit www.poricypark.org.
Trail Hike: 10am-11am • Farmhouse Tour: 11am-11:30am. Meet at the Nature Center. Donations gratefully accepted and will help support the continuing educational programming as well as being tax deductible!
Poricy Park Conservancy is a non-profit, 501 (c) (3) organization located in Middletown Township. All community and summer camp programs are run by Poricy Park Conservancy. Poricy Park is located at 345 Oak Hill Road in Middletown Township. With exceptional ecological resources, the 250 acre historical and nature site makes it one of the largest parks in Monmouth County.
