1st Avenue Hosts Arts & Crafts Festival July 21st followed by Film One Fest at the Harbor
July 21st will be a day full of fun, arts and crafts, special food, and community celebration in Atlantic Highlands. That’s when the Atlantic Highlands Historical Society’s Annual Arts and Crafts Festival, one of the longest running in eastern New Jersey, will be held at Veterans Park. Unique jewelry, watercolors, prints, ceramics, woodwork, fabric and floral displays, photographs, decorative and gift items, and other original artistic creations will be shown and sold by dozens of artists. Their works will be set out in Veterans Park opposite Borough Hall on First Avenue. Organized by the Atlantic Highlands Historical Society, the Festival runs between 10 am and 4 pm.
The rain date is Sunday July 22nd.
While you are there, take part in our Gift Raffle for some wonderful Gift baskets full of exciting things commemorating the 125 year of the Strauss Mansion, the home of the Historical Society. You can also come and visit us at 27 Prospect Circle on the weekends between 12 and 5 to envision what Victorian splendor was all about.
