SHREWSBURY – A Tuesday, May 8, from 7 to 8:30 pm, De-Stress Through Yoga, Breathing and Meditation will be offered by Dhan Goboori of the Art of Living Foundation. Limited space is available for the program which includes gentle yoga, breathing and meditation, as well as education in simple breathing techniques that increase mental health, guided mediation and tendencies of the mind.
