RESOLUTION 13-2004
APPOINTMENT/ASSIGNMENT OF DUTIES-MUNICIPAL OFFICIALS WHEREAS, N.J.S.A. 40A:60-5 provides that the Mayor nominate, and with the advice and consent of Council, appoint all subordinate officers of the Borough; and, WHEREAS, it is necessary to designate certain duties and assignments for 2004 to comply with the Statutes, Administrative Code and directives of the State of New Jersey, County and other requirements; and, WHEREAS, the Mayor has offered the following nominations for the offices and assignment of duties, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the Borough of Atlantic Highlands, County of Monmouth, State of New Jersey, that the following appointments and assignment of duties are hereby made and approved for the calendar year of 2004 or other term listed: Clean Communities Development Coordinator Steve O’Brien Community Development Coordinator John Phair Alternate Dwayne M.
