RESOLUTION 12-2004 APPOINTMENT OF Dwayne M. Harris as insurance coordinator WHEREAS, a vacancy exists for the position of Insurance Coordinator; and, WHEREAS, N.J.S.A 40A:60-5 provides that the Mayor nominate, and with the advice and consent of Council, appoint all subordinate officers of the Borough; and, WHEREAS, the Mayor has offered the nomination of Dwayne M. Harris for the office of Insurance Coordinator, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of Borough of Atlantic Highlands, in the County of Monmouth, State of New Jersey that the hiring and appointment of Dwayne M. Harris to the position of Borough Insurance Coordinator, effective 1/1/2004 at an annual salary of $34,000.00, is hereby confirmed. |
