RESOLUTION 1-2004
ELECTION OF COUNCIL PRESIDENT
WHEREAS, it is necessary that a
member of the Council be elected President of said Council to fulfill the
duties of the Mayor during his absence for the year ending December 31,
2004, and until his successor is appointed and confirmed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by
the Council of the Borough of Atlantic Highlands, in the County of Monmouth,
State of New Jersey, that Charles F. Niles II is hereby elected
Council President.
