ATLANTIC HIGHLANDS GARDEN CLUB
Come join us the first Thursday of the month at The
Senior Citizen Recreation Center, Simon Dr., at the harbor. We have fun!!
Whether you have a large garden or a small patio, let us help you beautify it.
- We work with the Chamber of Commerce to beautify the
business district
- Have workshops in design by members and invited
guests
- Have programs and plant exchanges to increase our
knowledge of horticulture
- Enjoy trips to public gardens and other Garden Clubs
- Continue to make corsages and table top designs for
the Atlantic Highlands Nursing Home
- We plant and care for flowers at the Library and
Memorial Park
- We make a beautiful apron for each member.
The Garden Club was founded in 1947. One of our Charter
members will be 99 years young this year and we will celebrate at our October
3rd meeting. Our youngest member is 38 years old. So come one and all and enjoy.
