As any sailor well knows, Columbia Yachts, regardless of age or size, are considered to be almost "bullet proof" in construction and virtually last forever!! This one is no exception! She is a stable, and dependable family cruiser. This Columbia 30 is a very clean cruiser or live aboard. She comes with many amenities, like head with stainless steel sink and Electra-San toilet, galley with two burner gimbaled stove, stainless steel sink with pressure water and a large ice-box.
Main Cabin has drop-side mahogany table with Nav Book Rack, and large berths on either side. She has a standard keel and large cockpit. A great boat for the first time buyer looking for a solid, well balanced design with lots of room to cruise in or live on. Forward is "staggered" V-berth stateroom with hanging locker. Good head room in cabins. One of the most roomy 30 footers ever made. With a little sprucing up she's good to sail wherever the winds may blow.
Also includes anchor and rode, several spinnaker and whisker poles, boom-vang, abundant mahogany in cabin and much teak topside. Engine is 27hp Volvo-Penta Diesel Model 2000 in excellent condition with 272 hours. Winter storage is paid through April 2005. Photo taken in September 2004 prior to winter haul-out.
